verveapp.dev — Browser-Based Motion Design Tool
Designed, architected, and shipped a motion design tool for the people who build interfaces, using AI-assisted development while directing all product, design, UX, and architectural decisions. Designers animate their own React or HTML components by direct manipulation and export production Motion, GSAP, or CSS with no runtime dependency attached.
- Designed the complete UI/UX — a three-panel editor with a custom timeline, spring pad, curve editor, and command palette, across 29 pages of product and marketing surface
- Built a custom animation engine from scratch: ~20,000 lines of TypeScript with zero framework dependencies, including a closed-form spring solver, keyframe evaluation, and three independent code generators
- Guaranteed export fidelity with an automated gate that replays 111 exported scenes in a real browser as Motion, GSAP, and CSS and compares each against the engine’s own trace
- Architected live Stripe subscription billing — Checkout, Customer Portal, signature-verified webhooks, and plan entitlements enforced in Postgres rather than in the client
- Executes users’ pasted React/HTML inside a sandboxed opaque-origin iframe with in-browser JSX transpilation, no network access, and images that never leave the device
- Integrated Supabase (Postgres/RLS/auth), Stripe, Anthropic (AI assist), Figma import, a GitHub App that opens pull requests, Resend, Sentry, and Vercel
- Wrote 1,859 unit tests plus browser-level gates covering the editor, marketing site, and database security, and shipped a CLI and MCP server so the motion linter and exporter run in CI

Designed, architected, and shipped a full SaaS product using AI-assisted development — leveraging Claude as a development partner while directing all product, design, UX, and architectural decisions. VampJam is a live platform with real users, real payments, and 23+ interactive tools for musicians.
- Designed the complete UI/UX from concept to production — every screen, flow, interaction, and responsive layout across 15+ pages
- Architected a 3-tier subscription billing system with Stripe (live, connected to bank) including smart upgrade/downgrade logic, proration previews, token economy, and webhook handling
- Integrated 11 third-party services: Supabase (auth/DB), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare R2 (audio storage), AI music generation API, Railway (audio analysis), Resend (email), Upstash Redis (rate limiting), Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA), Sentry (monitoring), and Google Analytics
- Designed a practice tool suite including stem separation, AI chord detection, transpose (quick + true pitch shift), 10-band EQ, looping, metronome, tempo trainer, and practice recording
- Built a 15-section animated landing page with genre showcase, interactive feature tours, pricing cards, and a colorful/neutral design toggle
